By accessing the cbtf7 website at cbtf7.bio, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you ("the Member") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the cbtf7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the cbtf7 platform and close any account you may have opened. cbtf7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the cbtf7 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of cbtf7 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the cbtf7 platform.

cbtf7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified by cbtf7 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

To use the cbtf7 platform, you must create a member account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. The following rules apply to all cbtf7 accounts:

• One account per individual. You may only hold one active account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — under any name, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information. All registration information must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number, is prohibited.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for the security of your cbtf7 login credentials. cbtf7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
• Non-transferability. cbtf7 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.
• KYC (Know Your Customer). cbtf7 is required to verify member identities. You agree to provide valid identification documents when requested, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address.

cbtf7 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that violates these registration rules, without prior notice and without liability to the member.

All financial transactions on the cbtf7 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast IPS, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK/IBFT, and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your cbtf7 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 30–60 seconds for mobile wallet methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified by the chosen payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed in under 2 minutes.
• Withdrawal identity match: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your cbtf7 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• No deposits on behalf of others. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party, nor may a third party deposit funds into your account.

cbtf7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals, which may include requests for source-of-funds documentation. Failure to comply with such requests may result in withdrawal delays or suspension of the withdrawal request.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the cbtf7 platform, across all product categories including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games:

• Bets are final. Once a bet is placed and confirmed on the cbtf7 platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the member, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that specific market.
• Sufficient balance required. You may only place bets up to the value of your available PKR balance. cbtf7 does not offer credit betting or negative balance facilities.
• Minimum and maximum stakes apply to each market and game. These are displayed at the point of wagering. cbtf7 reserves the right to change stake limits at any time.
• Void bets. cbtf7 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including but not limited to incorrectly priced markets, system errors, or events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result.
• Cricket betting markets including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and ODIs are subject to individual sport-specific rules published in the cricket betting section of the platform.
• Live betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and trading decisions. cbtf7 may suspend or close live markets at any time and will not be liable for the inability to place a live bet during any period of market suspension.

In all disputes concerning the outcome of a bet or game, the records held on the cbtf7 server shall be the final and definitive reference. A member's device-side display does not override server records.

cbtf7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Wagering requirements. All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover multiplier") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The rollover requirement for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per transaction. Only one bonus may be active per deposit transaction unless cbtf7 expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Eligible games. Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories. Wagers placed on restricted games while a bonus is active may not count towards wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Time limits. All bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse of promotions. cbtf7 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a member has exploited, abused, or manipulated any promotional offer.
• Changes to promotions. cbtf7 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice to members.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbtf7 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one cbtf7 account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the cbtf7 platform or place bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated play against the cbtf7 casino to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the cbtf7 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from system errors must be reported to cbtf7 and are subject to voiding.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using cbtf7 for money laundering purposes.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your cbtf7 account credentials to any third party.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your name.

cbtf7 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and promoting responsible gaming practices among all members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every cbtf7 account holder at no charge and with no requirement to contact customer support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps via Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, further bets cannot be placed until the limit period resets or the limit is adjusted (subject to cooling-off).
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged into cbtf7 for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your cbtf7 account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, marketing communications are also suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the cbtf7 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period specified at the time of application.

All content on the cbtf7 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data, and design elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of cbtf7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbtf7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any cbtf7 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any cbtf7 software or technology.
• Use any cbtf7 trademark or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or commercially exploit any data from the cbtf7 platform.

Any unauthorised use of cbtf7 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which cbtf7 reserves all legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbtf7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cbtf7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or network outages beyond cbtf7's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, results, or market data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Losses arising from incorrect bets placed by the member through error or misunderstanding of the platform interface.

The cbtf7 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. cbtf7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code.

cbtf7 collects, processes, and stores member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a cbtf7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by cbtf7 includes registration information (name, mobile number, date of birth), transactional data (deposits, withdrawals, bet history), device and usage data (IP address, browser type, session duration), and identity verification documents where required under KYC obligations.

cbtf7 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention agencies as required by legal obligation or legitimate operational necessity.

cbtf7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to members. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the cbtf7 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the cbtf7 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cbtf7 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
